FUTURE-PROOFING THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS
The Marketing & Sales Consultancy, Systems Integrator and Creative Agency for B2B organizations across the globe
Who we are and what we do
1. ABOUT US
Ready to convert future opportunities better
Since the start of the millennium consumer buying behaviour has been changing rapidly. At LeadFabric we realized quite early how this was also going to impact the B2B marketing & sales workplace.
We, as consumers, but also as professional buyers, go through various phases whilst buying. We expect correct and relevant information at every stage of the journey. For B2B suppliers this is quite challenging to deliver as their information exchange is more complex and deals with more stakeholders than in the consumer world.
For B2B organizations DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT is part of the solution. It's worth noticing that not just the digital delivery method matters here but also the ability to automate the heavy lifting and personalisation efforts. But there's more.
We also need to look at how both marketing and sales need to plan, execute and manage their activities. How they interoperate. It's about creating ALIGNMENT and the set up of new business processes, often powered through automation.
Yet, automation does not create value automatically. Internal alignment will only generate the desired economic value when it results into a FRICTIONLESS buying experience for our target accounts and buyers.
That is why LeadFabric lives on the crossroads of where system integrating, business consultancy and campaign design meet.
Altogether, LeadFabric operates out of Belgium (HQ), The Netherlands, The UK, Sweden, Romania, Singapore and Taiwan, with a client- and partner base from all over the globe. Our workplace is international, so is our skilled staff.
We tend to be a step ahead of the market. We have a track record of selecting innovative solutions years before they become mainstream.
For example, we started working with Marketo and Eloqua marketing automation many years before anyone else in the region saw the opportunity.
Both solutions were later acquired by respectively Adobe and Oracle which further fueled demand for experienced and skilled users.
Our mission is to help B2B companies innovate their sales & marketing in a digitally-enabled world by sharing visionary marketing trends and helping them adapt to constantly changing buyer behaviour and expectations.
We accomplish this because our company exists in the space between being a Business Consultancy, a Systems Integrator, and a Creative Agency. Our people are results-oriented, diverse, and always learning.
OUR SaaS PARTNERS & CERTIFICATES

Today, LeadFabric has a roster of over fifteen legacy and high-growth SaaS partners with specialties ranging from Marketing Automation, AI virtual assistants, website chatbots, ABM, data orchestration, and so much more.
2. WHAT CAN WE DO
About your needs
A HYBRID APPROACH TO STRATEGIC CHANGE AT SCALE
LeadFabric is a hybrid organization that functions as three companies in one:
- A CONSULTANCY that advises on B2B strategy and change management.
- A SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR that seamlessly integrates different platforms within any given tech stack.
- A CREATIVE AGENCY that executes end-to-end B2B marketing and sales initiatives/campaigns.
There is an abondance of providers in the current market place for each of these competencies.
What makes LeadFabric unique is that it is a one-stop shop for clients to rely on a highly and durable accountable business partnership.
3. YOUR PEERS – INDUSTRIES & CLIENTS
Our durable partnerships
LeadFabric works with companies from different industries, ranging from manufacturing and the financial sector to telecommunications and cyber security.
We pride ourselves in collaborating with customers who are ready to take a step towards bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales.
Our clients are ready to innovate and are motivated to stay ahead of the market in the current digital world.
“Of course, I would recommend LeadFabric. When we started working together, it was primarily in the European market. We then actually recommended them to our North American market to help them progress. I would definitely recommend LeadFabric to other companies and industries as well.”
Ansell (Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations)
“We appreciate LeadFabric’s help and hard work, which have improved our knowledge of Marketo Engage and enabled us to better carry out our marketing activities.”
Murata China (MarCom)
“LeadFabric has helped transform our buyer experience by embedding conversational marketing in our overall strategy so we could differentiate ourselves and provide personalized experiences our visitors expected. On top, we could provide a new channel to accelerate growth and revenue. Never before have I gotten a 42% increase in conversion rates in my digital marketing activities. All thanks to the work we’ve been doing with the LeadFabric team.”
Telenet (Digital Transformation Manager)
Any –and certainly digital– transformation aims to increase productivity and agility, but the price is continuous change.
Only on the drawing board change can happen overnight. In reality, we need to work with constraints and accept patience.
There’s the balance between managing the ongoing operational goals and the obligations and time needed to embrace strategic change.
Most certainly in B2B Marketing, where the challenge is not only about converting existing manual or semi-digital processes, but also to come up with entirely new ways of working.
Also technical, application and data integration challenges need to be managed securely.
In short, adopting change takes time. Any organization has limits to absorb change. It also often misses the insight.
At the same time, this change needs to be applied in an agile way, as the environment we operate in keeps constantly evolving as well.
Leadfabric stays with its clients during the entire ride. Whatever the starting point of change was.
Many of our clients have been with us for years. With the staffing volatility during the recent years –especially in marketing departments– our long-term relationships often makes LeadFabric the institutional memory of the organization.

*Campaign Framework adapted from SiriusDecisions

WHY WE ARE UNIQUE
About our company culture
We believe that whoever is offering agile transformation solutions, needs to apply the same principles for its own business.
For that reason LeadFabric is expanding its structure based on organizational 'cells'; semi-autonomously operating teams focusing on a specific product and market.
It’s a new innovative way of running a business away from the static multi-level functional organization chart.
Each member will participate actively in the development of the cell, which in turn allows them to align their personal career ambitions with the company.
While LeadFabric offers a wide array of solutions, another important part of its offering is transferring its knowledge.
In traditional as well as modern consultancy organizations, the currency that is used to exchange this knowledge is based on utilization.
At LeadFabric we measure performance based on not just the utilization rate but also its value versus cost.
Both are the foundations of the way we aim to optimize profit.
The cell employees are empowered to help make the right decisions on where to go and their income has next to a highly competitive fixed component, also additional meritocratic layers based on profit sharing principles.
Minimum 20% of every team member's time can be allocated to non-core workload. This allows team members to work in team on development and innovation.
The goal is a 2fold. First expand the horizon of the employee, and secondly, develop IP for the company or the business cell that can be sold at fixed rates.
The ultimate goal is to blend the fixed rate offerings with the utilization based consultancy, with the goal to optimize profit.
LeadFabric pledges to each of its employees to invest a yearly education talent management budget.
Together with the line manager and HR, a customized plan is developed that combines technical skill development as well as softskill education.
'WORK FROM HOME +' POLICY
We redefined 'home' at LeadFabric, when it comes to work from home:
- our own cosy home
- your coworkers home
- a paid vacation home
- a corporate city home
As long as you have a WiFi connection, and maintain a solid dynamic with your colleagues and clients, we're flexible.
In June 2021, we split the company into smaller teams and sent them off to Ibiza for an entire week to work from there.
A unique way of welcoming a 'new hybrid era', showing appreciation to our people, and fostering stronger connections.
