WEB AND PRODUCT DEVELOPER

Bucharest, Romania | Junior | Full-time

Convert digital marketing content (e.g., emails, landing pages, interactive smart web forms, preference centers) and web application UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that will produce the visual elements of our web content and applications
Develop the front-end provided designs through back-end systems
Work closely with creative team and bridge the gap between graphical and technical aspects
Clearly communicate technical limits and possibilities, as well as project timelines to other involved team members
Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the company website (Drupal)
Find and communicate solutions specific to a client’s environment in terms of middleware cloud or on-premise infrastructure

Bachelor or Master in Web Design, Development, Interactive Multimedia, or a related field
Thorough knowledge and/or experience with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
Fair understanding of JavaScript programming, DOM manipulation and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
Experienced with SEO, Photoshop, Illustrator
Knowledgable about CMS systems such as Drupal (preferred) or Wordpress
Experienced in project management (e.g., Agile/Scrum methodology) and preferably certified (e.g. Prince2)

An eye for combining the art of design with the science of programming
Passionate about IT and marketing technology
Ambitious and versatile developer who likes to stay on top of the latest tech innovations
Can criss-cross through cross-browser compatibility issues
Excited to create and support data implementations with cloud MarTech and CRM technologies
Can or are interested to use APIs for marketing automation and CRM platforms
Coding is a piece of cake for you
A team player who can master multiple projects at the same time whilst also collaborating within a cross-functional team
