MARTECH DELIVERY SPECIALIST

Bucharest, Romania | Junior | Full-time

Execute, measure and manage marketing automation workflows and strategies
Be a specialist point of contact for clients
Support other client-facing consultants with implementation and technical best practices
Help create, test and constantly improve clients’ digital marketing strategy
Ensure projects are delivered as planned and on time, from scheduling to design and final distribution
Analyze and automate data to determine program effectiveness and make recommendations/improvements
Perform day-to-day system (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, others) maintenance and configuration operations for clients
Collaborate with an international and multi-functional team

Specific diploma not required, but Bachelor or Master in digital marketing, data analytics, business intelligence, engineering, or related fields is a plus
Experienced in one or more of the following: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Responsys, IBM Unica

Data driven graduate who can combine process-oriented thinking with data analysis tactics
Able to work on multiple projects at once, both independently and within cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
Thrives in a fast-paced and international environment
Higher than average sense of quality and meeting deadlines
