MARKETING AUTOMATION CAMPAIGN MANAGER

BE / NL – Flexible office location | Junior | Full-time

Design, build, test, and execute marketing automation programs and campaigns
Continually improve marketing initiatives based on data and analysis
Strategize how to attract and retain leads for clients
Collaborate and communicate with international colleagues and clients
Be ready to act as your own end-to-end project manager (e.g., setting and following timelines, staying organized)
Define buyer personas, buyer journeys, and content strategies
Perform day-to-day platform maintenance and configuration operations for clients
Conduct client-facing meetings, training sessions, and workshops

Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Economics, Business, Data Sciences, Communications, or other related fields
Max. 2 years of work experience

Excited to learn new skills outside of marketing automation (e.g., deploying AI assistants, implementing chatbots, using other technologies, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Comfortable being a key point of contact for clients
Looking for a fast-paced environment and can add structure and organization
Curious and self-starting with an appetite to advance their B2B MarTech career
