Quote for a flexible and scalable 6-month retained services model with a core team will help Securitas and Securitas Technology to advise and implement solutions to challenges during the regional rollout and work directly with central or regional stakeholders as required, activity to include technical configuration, issue resolution, asset migration, cutover planning, training, data issues, operating model design, and lead management processes. Additionally, provide post-launch support to each region and push forwards regional maturity
- Expected activity;
  - Month 1 – Dynamics integration audit – review configuration, audit trail and logs for Dynamics/Marketo integration. Define and implement solutions to identified issues.
  - Month 2 – French form migration – manage the migration of forms and associated backend processes. Plan and manage cutover of the forms with the Securitas web team.
Quote for a Marketo / Dynamics Integration Audit
- 6 week engagement to QA the current configuration of the Dynamics integration. Will include workshops with key stakeholders, scrutinising the setup and producing an output with the optimisations detailed ready for Securitas Technology or Agency to implement, as a separate project.

SUCCESS OF COLLABORATION

We will focus on establishing clarity on the existing AS IS to define a solid and scalable TO BE roadmap.
Throughout the audit we will provide hands-on support with form migrations as well as day-to-day support requests from the various teams related to both platforms.
