SR. MARKETING AUTOMATION & CAMPAIGN ARCHITECT

(German Speaking) International – Remote | Full-time

CAMPAIGN & PROGRAM STRATEGY

Map complex processes and implementation plans for clients using Marketing Automation, MarTech and SalesTech solutions and advise on best practices
Define lead management program support structure: scoring, qualification, nurturing
Add analytics and data to enable clients to monitor go-to-market & campaign performance; continually make recommendations/improvements

CAMPAIGN DELIVERY

Design B2B demand generation campaigns for mid- and large-size enterprises
Develop targeting strategies for clients, both person-based and account-based
Uncover buyer personas, customer journeys, content mapping and more
Develop integrated reputation, demand generation, sales engagement and sales components
Oversee and/or co-build and configure campaigns
Work with LeadFabric’s Marketing Operations team to outsource some of the specialized configuration needs

ACCOUNT & MARKET SUPPORT

Help clients define goals and ROI and KPI metrics, for which you help build strategies
Work with account teams to curate strategic roadmaps that include technology choices, business process (re-)engineering and campaign strategy to drive measurable outcomes
Deliver omni-channel campaign services (top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel) to multiple clients
Develop holistic (across campaign layer) content and targeting strategies for clients
Provide both technical and non-technical training to clients (workshops, documentation)

STRATEGY

Help grow LeadFabric’s expansion and productivity by developing and sharing solutions and best practices, blueprints and frameworks
Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams (both with clients and colleagues)
Help develop accounts (cross- & upsell), find & grow new opportunities and assist sales
Support LeadFabric MarTech and SalesTech business partners with insights and advice on how to better access and penetrate the EMEA market place

5+ years of work experience with demand generation and (digital) marketing strategy
More than 50% of your career spent in B2B
5+ years marketing technology and CRM experience
- MA: Marketo Engage, Oracle Eloqua and/or Salesforce Pardot
- CRM/SFA: Salesforce CRM and or MS Dynamics
- Integration of systems; E.g. 6sense, Drift, Social Media, Engagement (Outreach)
Modern marketing and campaign management skills, including but not limited to buyer persona and journey development, targeting and segmentation strategies, etc.
Database management, from segmentation to reporting and maintenance
Understanding of Integrated Campaign Design and Management
Knowledge of industry standard frameworks for person-based lead management and Account Based Marketing
Project management skills
Understanding of International Marketing and Business Operations

2+ years consulting or agency experience
Project management certificates strongly desired (e.g., agile and/or waterfall)
Experienced with one or more of the following: Google/LinkedIn/Facebook Campaign Manager, nRich, DemandBase, Bombora, 6sense, Path Factory, Uberflip, Power BI, Turtl, Drift, Exact Target, Tableau, Outreach, Flexmail, Tripolis, eCircle … or other equivalent platforms
