Be ready to take on different roles depending on the project (e.g., technical project manager, lead program architect, lead product consultant, etc.)
Design, execute and lead demand gen (top-of-funnel, mid-of-funnel) programs for mid- to large-sized enterprises
Help map complex business requirements into implementation plans for clients
Drive rapid deployment and custom implementations of different MarTech technologies
Help clients define marketing goals and ROI/KPI metrics
Build project- and client-specific demand gen strategies
Help grow the business by developing solutions, sharing best practices, and acquiring new opportunities
Perform day-to-day platform maintenance and configuration operations for clients
Collaborate and communicate with international colleagues and clients
Provide both technical and non-technical documentation and training to clients
Excited to drive digital transformation for clients via MarTech implementation
Able to review business processes and re-design and improve where fit
Analytical and strategic thinker who can create meaningful recommendations
Excellent organizational and multi-tasker skills
Looking to work within cross-functional and international teams
Superior client management and network skills
Not afraid or hunting for opportunities and supporting sales teams
+6 years of work experience related to demand gen and digital marketing strategy
5+ years marketing technology experience
More than 50% of career focused on B2B
One or more of the following marketing automation platforms: Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot
Database management, from segmentation to reporting, analysis and maintenance
General email marketing: permission marketing, segmentation, optimization, AB testing
List acquisition and imports
Organic and paid search campaigns
Relational data structure and basic SQL
Web and web tech skills (HTML, basic CSS)
