CRM INTEGRATION ARCHITECT

Drive end-to-end CRM integrations as part of our larger Marketing Automation implementations
Develop and maintain existing MA–CRM integrations
Help identify clients’ sales, marketing and customer service requirements through discovery meetings (guided by lead consultant)
Design and lead the system architecture process in partnership with the strategy team
Create, define and execute custom codes or other data migration tasks using SQL Server Reporting Services
Design, run and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) routines and processes
Conduct end-user training and develop documentation for knowledge transfer to clients
Develop and continually refine CRM implementation standards, tools and best practices
Present tailored demonstrations of technology solutions

Solid understanding of SalesForce Automation (SFA) business processes (e.g., pipeline and opportunity management)
Ability to look for innovative solutions to client’s business requirements
Self-starting team player with strong background working with CRM systems and relational database concepts, specifically within B2B contexts (rather than B2C)
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail with high focus on quality

Experienced in B2B environment (required)
For juniors
- 2+ years in project management, system design, or information systems
- 2+ years (or 3+ projects) implementing CRM applications (e.g.,Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.) either in-house or as an external consultant
For seniors
- 4+ years in project management, system design, or information systems
- 4+ years (or 5+ projects) implementing CRM applications (e.g.,Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.) either in-house or as an external consultant
