Conduct general administrative office tasks
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., creating, sending, and following up on invoices)
Support HR department by screening, testing, and setting up interviews with applicants
Work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with internal and external parties
Develop and maintain operational templates/tools on an assignment-basis
Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Directly support management with various administrative and reporting tasks
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Suggest improvements to reduce costs more accurately and efficiently
Oversee client accounts
Collect and review data for reports
Analytical and strategic thinker who can create meaningful connections and recommendations
Organized with a high aptitude for problem-solving
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Able to review business processes and re-design and improve where fit
Mandatory: English (fluent) and Dutch (fluent)
Plus: Other languages, especially French or German
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (preferred, not required)
