DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT MANAGER

CONTENT MARKETING (60%)

Oversee all LeadFabric’s own marketing activities and support with task delegation
Drive the Reputation (brand awareness), Demand generation and Sales Engagement initiatives for LeadFabric’s international audience
Regularly write short- and long-form copy such as for social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, infographics, brochures, reports, etc. (ideally one piece promoted every week or every other week)
Pitch and execute content and campaign ideas
Collaborate closely with a graphic designer, developer(s), campaign managers, and other colleagues
Develop content strategies based on LeadFabric’s buyer personas and their respective buyer journeys
Work closely with MD and executive team in upholding the management team’s insights and vision
Manage and update the LeadFabric editorial calendar on a weekly basis
Prepare and present weekly content updates to wider marketing team and MD, including progress status, deadlines, and any other related issues/bottlenecks related to content initiatives
Proofread/edit copy written by colleagues on an ad-hoc basis
Manage tasks and projects on LeadFabric’s project management platform (Wrike; specific workspace)

CONSULTING (40%)

Design, build, test, and execute MarTech (e.g., marketing automation, chat solutions, AI assistants) programs and campaigns for LeadFabric’s Enterprise client base
Consolidate and analyze data and use analysis to make actionable recommendations
Collaborate and communicate with international colleagues and clients
Define buyer personas, buyer journeys, and content strategies
Perform day-to-day platform maintenance and configuration operations
Conduct client-facing meetings, training sessions, and workshops

Eager to learn new technologies and skills
Maintains a balance of both technical and creative thinking
Skilled at managing multiple projects at once and unafraid to push back or share constructive criticism when projects or processes are not working well
Skilled at putting seemingly scattered/separate pieces together into a structured, balanced, and cohesive picture
Works collaboratively with people from varying departments and countries
Highly motivated and able to work independently; can steer your own direction and take initiative when it is not provided
Exceptional communication (written, verbal) and listening skills
Willing to act as a bridge between the marketing team and the management team
