10+ years marketing technology and CRM experience
MA: Marketo Engage, Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce Pardot
CRM/SFA: Salesforce CRM and or MS Dynamics
Modern marketing and campaign management skills, including but not limited to buyer persona and journey development, targeting and segmentation strategies, etc.
Database management, from segmentation to reporting and maintenance
Understanding of Integrated Campaign Design and Management
Knowledge of industry standard frameworks for person based lead management and Account Based Marketing
Project management skills
Understanding of International Marketing and Business Operations
5+ years consulting or agency experience
Experienced and ambitious strategist passionate about marketing automation and technology
